Cherry Pineapple Punch

This recipe has been in my family for a long time!  A quick and easy 3 ingredient punch that is great for special occasions, your favorite holidays and everyone will love it!  You can  add your favorite spirit to it also.  I think Rum would be a good choice!

Ingredients:

2 packs of cherry koolaid

2 cups of sugar

1 can of pineapple juice (46 ounce)

water to fill

Directions:

In a clean gallon jug, (I use a milk jug or empty water jug) mix the cherry koolaid, sugar and pineapple juice together then put the on lid & shake.  Open and then fill the rest with water.

TIP:  Place in freezer an hour or two before your event to create a bit of ice.   Feel free to display in your punch bowl with sliced pineapples to float and cherries!  ~Enjoy!

(remember, the pineapple juice settles at the bottom so always shake well before serving)
